BiuLog 隱私權政策
BiuLog 是一款提供給父母與照顧者使用的寶寶生活記錄 App。本政策說明 BiuLog 如何處理與保護使用者在 App 中建立或產生的資料。
1. 我們處理的資料
使用者可在 App 中自行建立寶寶資料與照護紀錄，例如寶寶名稱、生日、性別、照片、喝奶、睡眠、尿布、副食品、成長、里程碑、乳牙、疫苗、家庭健康、備註、提醒設定、自訂按鈕與備份資料。一般個人紀錄主要儲存在使用者裝置中；使用者主動啟用家庭分享或專業照護協作時，為了在授權成員之間同步，相關寶寶資料、照護紀錄、聯絡簿、留言、公告、接送時間與重要事項會傳送至 BiuLog 的雲端服務。使用爸媽聊天室時，系統也會處理使用者選擇的暱稱、頭像、訊息、回覆、提及、愛心、已讀狀態、檢舉、封鎖及必要的管理紀錄。
2. 帳號、雲端同步與試用狀態
BiuLog 使用 Firebase 驗證識別 App 使用者。基本個人記錄可在未連結登入帳戶的情況下使用；選擇 Google 或「使用 Apple 登入」時，Firebase 會處理登入服務提供的帳戶識別碼，以及該服務提供的電子郵件與顯示名稱（如有），用於身分驗證、帳戶連結與跨裝置恢復。若使用 Apple 隱藏電子郵件功能，取得的可能是 Apple 提供的轉寄地址。BiuLog 不會取得 Google 或 Apple 帳戶密碼。
家庭分享、專業照護協作及跨裝置同步透過部署於 Zeabur 的應用程式服務與 PostgreSQL 資料庫提供。為了維護購買權益及試用狀態，系統也可能處理 App ID、平台、Firebase 使用者識別碼、App 版本、試用開始時間、最後使用時間與更新時間。上述帳戶資料不用作 AppsFlyer 自訂廣告識別資料。
3. 廣告
BiuLog 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。Google 可能依其政策處理廣告識別碼、裝置資訊、廣告互動、粗略位置或其他廣告相關資料。購買去廣告或專業版後，BiuLog 會依購買狀態停止顯示廣告。
3.1 廣告成效衡量
在 3.2.8 及後續支援此功能的版本中，BiuLog 使用 AppsFlyer 了解哪些廣告帶來 App 安裝與開啟。Android 的安裝來源量測預設開啟，不會以額外同意頁阻擋進入 App；先前已拒絕或關閉的選擇會保留。iOS 僅在取得系統「App 追蹤透明度」（ATT）許可後啟用。
AppsFlyer 可能處理安裝與開啟事件、裝置及作業系統資訊、IP 位址，以及廣告來源與點擊識別資訊。此量測功能在 Android 關閉廣告識別碼、Android ID、IMEI 與 App Set ID 的蒐集；iOS 可在系統允許追蹤後使用廣告識別碼。目前僅將歸因於 ChatGPT 廣告渠道的安裝事件及必要歸因資料，由 AppsFlyer 回傳 OpenAI；未啟用進階比對，也不向 OpenAI 回傳其他 App 內事件。
BiuLog 不會為此廣告成效衡量目的，向 AppsFlyer 或 OpenAI 傳送寶寶照護紀錄、姓名、生日、照片、聊天內容，或家人帳號及聯絡資訊。
App 內不另設安裝來源量測開關。iPhone 使用者可在系統「設定」→「隱私權與安全性」→「追蹤」中撤回 BiuLog 的追蹤許可；BiuLog 會在再次啟用或回到前景時檢查許可。先前已拒絕或關閉量測的選擇會保留，不影響育兒紀錄、同步或購買權益。撤回許可不會自動刪除已傳送的資料。如對資料處理有疑問，或希望提出資料處理及刪除請求，請透過第 10 節的聯絡方式與我們聯繫；聯絡我們本身不會立即停止裝置上的 SDK。
資料接收者的隱私說明：AppsFlyer 服務隱私權政策、OpenAI 隱私權政策。
4. 內購與付款
BiuLog 提供一次性內購商品，例如去廣告與專業版。付款、價格、發票與退款流程由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。BiuLog 只會接收購買狀態、商品識別碼與必要的交易狀態，用於解鎖功能與恢復購買。
5. 照片、檔案與備份
使用者可自行選擇照片作為寶寶大頭貼、自訂按鈕圖片、里程碑或照護聯絡簿內容。BiuLog 不會在未經使用者操作的情況下讀取或上傳相簿內容。使用者主動分享至照護聯絡簿的照片會儲存在非公開的 Cloudflare R2 物件儲存空間，並透過具時效性的授權連結提供給同一寶寶的授權家長與照護人員查看。聯絡簿共享照片預設保留 3 天，期間可由授權使用者儲存或分享，期限到達後會自動從雲端物件儲存空間移除；具有權限的上傳者或機構管理者也可提前刪除。文字聯絡簿與照護數據不會因照片到期而刪除。使用者匯出 CSV、JSON 備份或透過系統分享功能傳送檔案時，資料會依使用者選擇的方式處理。
6. 通知
BiuLog 可能使用本機通知提醒照護事項、疫苗或自訂提醒。本機通知主要在使用者裝置上處理。
7. 資料分享
BiuLog 不會販售使用者的個人資料。為提供 App 功能，資料可能由 Firebase、Zeabur、PostgreSQL 服務、Cloudflare R2、Google AdMob、Apple App Store、Google Play 與裝置系統服務處理。家庭分享與專業照護資料只提供給使用者主動加入或授權的家庭成員、家長、照護人員或機構管理者。
8. 兒童隱私
BiuLog 並非設計給兒童直接使用，而是提供給父母或照顧者記錄寶寶照護資訊。
9. 使用者控制
使用者可在 App 中管理、匯出或備份資料，並可刪除具有刪除權限的共享照片或聊天室訊息、封鎖其他聊天室成員或提出檢舉。聊天室訊息目前預設保留 90 天，實際保存天數會顯示於 App 內，並可能由管理設定在 7 至 365 天之間調整。退出或被移除於分享關係後，該帳號將無法繼續存取相應的共享內容。若移除 App 或清除裝置資料，本機資料可能會被刪除，建議在換手機或重裝前先匯出備份。如需協助刪除無法在 App 內自行刪除的雲端資料，可透過下方電子郵件提出申請。

BiuLog Privacy Policy
BiuLog is a baby daily care tracking app for parents and caregivers. This policy explains how BiuLog handles and protects data created or generated in the app.
1. Data We Handle
Users may create baby profiles and care records, such as baby name, birthday, gender, photos, feeding, sleep, diapers, solid food, growth, milestones, baby teeth, vaccine and family health records, notes, reminders, custom buttons, and backup data. General personal records are primarily stored on the user's device. When a user enables Family Sharing or Professional Care collaboration, related baby data, care records, daily reports, messages, notices, attendance times, and important items are sent to BiuLog's cloud services so they can be synchronized among authorized members. When using the parent community, the service also processes the nickname and avatar selected by the user, messages, replies, mentions, reactions, read status, reports, blocks, and necessary moderation records.
2. Accounts, Cloud Sync, and Trial Status
BiuLog uses Firebase Authentication to identify app users. Basic personal tracking works without linking a sign-in account. If you choose Google or Sign in with Apple, Firebase processes the account identifier and any email address or display name provided by that service for authentication, account linking, and access across devices. With Apple's Hide My Email, the address may be an Apple relay address. BiuLog does not receive your Google or Apple account password.
Application services deployed on Zeabur with a PostgreSQL database provide Family Sharing, Professional Care collaboration, and cross-device sync. To maintain purchase entitlements and trial status, the system may also process app ID, platform, Firebase user identifier, app version, trial start time, last seen time, and update time. These account details are not supplied as custom advertising identifiers to AppsFlyer.
3. Advertising
BiuLog uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions, coarse location, or other advertising-related data according to Google's policies. After a remove-ads or premium purchase, BiuLog uses purchase status to stop showing ads.
3.1 Advertising Measurement
In version 3.2.8 and later versions supporting this feature, BiuLog uses AppsFlyer to understand which ads lead to app installs and opens. Android install attribution is enabled by default without a separate consent page blocking access to the app. Previous refusals or off settings are preserved. On iOS, measurement starts only after system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization.
AppsFlyer may process install and app-open events, device and operating system information, IP addresses, and advertising source and click information. This measurement feature disables collection of advertising identifiers, Android ID, IMEI and App Set ID on Android. On iOS, it may use the advertising identifier after system tracking authorization. AppsFlyer currently sends OpenAI only installs attributed to ChatGPT ads and the necessary attribution data. Advanced matching is disabled; other in-app events are not sent to OpenAI.
BiuLog does not send baby care records, names, birthdays, photos, chat content, or family members' account or contact information to AppsFlyer or OpenAI for this advertising measurement.
There is no separate in-app install attribution switch. iPhone users can revoke BiuLog tracking permission in system Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. BiuLog checks permission when starting again or returning to the foreground. Previous refusals or off choices are preserved without affecting care records, sync or purchases. Revoking permission does not automatically delete data already sent. For questions or requests concerning data processing or deletion, contact us using section 10. Contacting us does not itself immediately stop the SDK on your device.

4. In-App Purchases and Payment
BiuLog offers non-consumable in-app purchases, such as remove ads and premium. Payments, pricing, invoices, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. BiuLog receives only purchase status, product identifiers, and necessary transaction status to unlock features and restore purchases.
5. Photos, Files, and Backups
Users may choose photos for baby avatars, custom button images, milestone records, or shared daily care reports. BiuLog does not read or upload the photo library without user action. Photos actively shared to a care report are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage and made available to authorized parents and care providers for the same child through time-limited authorized links. Shared report photos are retained for 3 days by default and may be saved or shared by authorized users during that period. After the retention period, they are automatically removed from cloud object storage; an authorized uploader or workspace owner may also delete them sooner. Text reports and care data are not deleted when a photo expires. When users export CSV, create JSON backups, or share files through the system share sheet, the data is handled according to the user's chosen action.
6. Notifications
BiuLog may use local notifications for care reminders, vaccines, or custom reminders. Local notifications are primarily processed on the user's device.
7. Data Sharing
BiuLog does not sell users' personal data. Data may be processed by services required to provide app functionality, including Firebase, Zeabur, PostgreSQL services, Cloudflare R2, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play, and device operating system services. Family Sharing and Professional Care data is available only to family members, parents, care providers, or workspace owners whom the user actively joins or authorizes.
8. Children's Privacy
BiuLog is not intended for direct use by children. It is intended for parents or caregivers to record baby care information.
9. User Control
Users can manage, export, or back up data in the app; delete shared photos or community messages when they have permission; block community members; and submit reports. Community messages are currently retained for 90 days by default. The current period is shown in the app and may be adjusted by moderation settings between 7 and 365 days. After leaving or being removed from a sharing relationship, that account can no longer access the corresponding shared content. Removing the app or clearing device data may delete local data, so users should export a backup before changing devices or reinstalling. Users may contact the email below to request help deleting cloud data that cannot be deleted directly in the app.

BiuLogは、保護者および育児に関わる方のための赤ちゃんの日常記録アプリです。本ポリシーでは、BiuLogがアプリ内で作成または生成されるデータをどのように扱い、保護するかを説明します。
1. 取り扱うデータ
ユーザーは、赤ちゃんの名前、生年月日、性別、写真、授乳、睡眠、おむつ、離乳食、成長、マイルストーン、乳歯、予防接種、家族の健康記録、メモ、リマインダー、カスタムボタン、バックアップデータなどをアプリ内で作成できます。通常の個人記録は主に端末内に保存されます。ファミリー共有または専門ケア連携を有効にした場合、許可されたメンバー間で同期するため、関連する赤ちゃん情報、ケア記録、れんらく帳、メッセージ、お知らせ、登降園時刻、重要事項がBiuLogのクラウドサービスへ送信されます。保護者コミュニティを利用する場合、ユーザーが選択したニックネームとアバター、メッセージ、返信、メンション、リアクション、既読状態、通報、ブロック、必要な管理記録も処理されます。
2. アカウント、クラウド同期、体験状態
BiuLogはユーザーの識別にFirebase Authenticationを使用します。基本的な個人記録はログインアカウントを連携せずに利用できます。Googleまたは「Appleでサインイン」を選択した場合、Firebaseはそのサービスから提供されるアカウント識別子、および提供される場合はメールアドレスと表示名を、本人認証、アカウント連携、端末間での利用のために処理します。Appleの「メールを非公開」を利用した場合は、Appleの転送用アドレスが提供されることがあります。BiuLogはGoogleやAppleのアカウントパスワードを取得しません。
ファミリー共有、専門ケア連携、端末間同期には、Zeabur上のアプリケーションサービスとPostgreSQLデータベースを使用します。購入権限と体験状態の維持のため、App ID、プラットフォーム、Firebaseユーザー識別子、Appバージョン、体験開始日時、最終利用日時、更新日時を処理する場合があります。これらのアカウント情報をAppsFlyerのカスタム広告識別子として送信することはありません。
3. 広告
BiuLogはGoogle AdMobを使用して広告を表示します。Googleは、Googleのポリシーに従い、広告識別子、端末情報、広告の操作情報、おおよその位置情報、その他広告関連データを処理する場合があります。広告削除またはプレミアム版の購入後、BiuLogは購入状態に基づき広告表示を停止します。
3.1 広告効果の測定
バージョン3.2.8以降の対応版では、BiuLogはAppsFlyerで広告経由のインストールと起動を測定します。Androidでは標準で有効となり、専用の同意画面でアプリへのアクセスを遮りません。以前の拒否や無効設定は維持します。iOSではシステムのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）で許可された後にのみ有効になります。
AppsFlyerはインストール・起動イベント、端末・OS情報、IPアドレス、広告の流入元やクリック情報を処理する場合があります。この測定機能はAndroidで広告識別子、Android ID、IMEI、App Set IDを収集しません。iOSではシステムの追跡許可後に広告識別子を使用する場合があります。OpenAIにはChatGPT広告経由のインストールと必要な流入元情報のみを送信します。高度なマッチングは無効で、その他のアプリ内イベントは送信しません。
BiuLogは、この広告効果測定のために、赤ちゃんのケア記録、氏名、生年月日、写真、チャット内容、家族のアカウント情報や連絡先をAppsFlyerまたはOpenAIへ送信しません。
アプリ内にインストール元の計測専用スイッチはありません。iPhoneでは、システムの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からBiuLogの追跡許可を取り消せます。BiuLogは再起動時またはフォアグラウンドに戻った際に許可を確認します。以前の拒否や無効設定は維持され、育児記録、同期、購入済み機能には影響しません。許可を取り消しても送信済みデータは自動削除されません。データの取り扱いに関する質問、処理や削除の依頼は第10節の連絡先へお問い合わせください。お問い合わせだけで端末上のSDKが直ちに停止するわけではありません。

4. アプリ内購入と支払い
BiuLogは広告削除やプレミアム版などの非消耗型アプリ内購入を提供します。支払い、価格、請求、返金はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playによって処理されます。BiuLogは機能の解放と購入の復元に必要な購入状態、商品ID、取引状態のみを受け取ります。
5. 写真、ファイル、バックアップ
ユーザーは、赤ちゃんのアイコン、カスタムボタン画像、マイルストーン記録、または共有れんらく帳に写真を選択できます。BiuLogは、ユーザーの操作なしに写真ライブラリを読み取ったりアップロードしたりしません。れんらく帳へ明示的に共有した写真は、非公開のCloudflare R2オブジェクトストレージに保存され、同じお子さまについて許可された保護者とケア担当者へ有効期限付きの認証リンクで提供されます。共有写真の標準保存期間は3日間で、その間は許可されたユーザーが保存または共有できます。期限後はクラウドストレージから自動削除され、権限を持つ投稿者または管理者は期限前にも削除できます。写真が期限切れになっても、れんらく帳の文章やケアデータは削除されません。CSV、JSONバックアップ、システム共有はユーザーが選択した操作に従って処理されます。
6. 通知
BiuLogは育児、予防接種、カスタムリマインダーのためにローカル通知を使用する場合があります。ローカル通知は主にユーザーの端末上で処理されます。
7. データ共有
BiuLogはユーザーの個人データを販売しません。アプリ機能の提供に必要なFirebase、Zeabur、PostgreSQLサービス、Cloudflare R2、Google AdMob、Apple App Store、Google Play、端末OSサービスなどによりデータが処理される場合があります。共有データは、ユーザーが参加または許可した家族、保護者、ケア担当者、管理者のみに提供されます。
8. 子どものプライバシー
BiuLogは子どもが直接使用することを目的としていません。保護者または育児に関わる方が赤ちゃんのケア情報を記録するためのアプリです。
9. ユーザーによる管理
ユーザーはアプリ内でデータの管理、書き出し、バックアップを行い、権限に応じて共有写真やコミュニティメッセージを削除し、他のメンバーをブロックまたは通報できます。コミュニティメッセージの標準保存期間は現在90日です。現在の保存期間はアプリ内に表示され、管理設定により7日から365日の間で変更される場合があります。共有関係から退出または削除された後、そのアカウントは該当する共有内容へアクセスできません。アプリの削除や端末データの消去によりローカルデータが失われる場合があるため、機種変更や再インストール前にバックアップを推奨します。アプリ内で削除できないクラウドデータについては、下記メールアドレスから削除サポートを依頼できます。

BiuLog는 부모와 보호자를 위한 아기 생활 기록 앱입니다. 본 방침은 BiuLog가 앱에서 생성되거나 입력되는 데이터를 어떻게 처리하고 보호하는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 데이터
사용자는 앱에서 아기 이름, 생일, 성별, 사진, 수유, 수면, 기저귀, 이유식, 성장, 이정표, 유치, 예방접종, 가족 건강 기록, 메모, 알림 설정, 커스텀 버튼, 백업 데이터 등을 만들 수 있습니다. 일반 개인 기록은 주로 사용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 가족 공유 또는 전문 돌봄 협업을 활성화하면 승인된 구성원 사이의 동기화를 위해 관련 아기 정보, 돌봄 기록, 알림장, 메시지, 공지, 등하원 시간 및 중요 사항이 BiuLog 클라우드 서비스로 전송됩니다. 부모 커뮤니티를 이용할 때는 사용자가 선택한 닉네임과 아바타, 메시지, 답글, 멘션, 공감, 읽음 상태, 신고, 차단 및 필요한 관리 기록도 처리됩니다.
2. 계정, 클라우드 동기화 및 체험 상태
BiuLog는 Firebase Authentication으로 앱 사용자를 식별합니다. 기본 개인 기록은 로그인 계정을 연결하지 않고도 사용할 수 있습니다. Google 또는 Apple로 로그인을 선택하면 Firebase는 해당 서비스가 제공하는 계정 식별자와 이메일 주소 및 표시 이름(제공되는 경우)을 인증, 계정 연결 및 기기 간 이용을 위해 처리합니다. Apple의 이메일 가리기를 이용하면 Apple의 전달용 이메일 주소가 제공될 수 있습니다. BiuLog는 Google 또는 Apple 계정의 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.
가족 공유, 전문 돌봄 협업 및 기기 간 동기화는 Zeabur에 배포된 애플리케이션 서비스와 PostgreSQL 데이터베이스를 통해 제공됩니다. 구매 권한과 체험 상태 유지를 위해 앱 ID, 플랫폼, Firebase 사용자 식별자, 앱 버전, 체험 시작 시간, 마지막 사용 시간 및 업데이트 시간을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 계정 정보는 AppsFlyer의 맞춤 광고 식별자로 전송하지 않습니다.
3. 광고
BiuLog는 Google AdMob을 사용하여 광고를 표시합니다. Google은 Google 정책에 따라 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 광고 상호작용, 대략적인 위치 또는 기타 광고 관련 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 또는 프리미엄 구매 후 BiuLog는 구매 상태에 따라 광고 표시를 중지합니다.
3.1 광고 효과 측정
버전 3.2.8 이후 이 기능을 지원하는 버전에서 BiuLog는 AppsFlyer로 광고를 통한 설치와 실행을 측정합니다. Android에서는 기본적으로 켜져 있으며 별도 동의 화면으로 앱 진입을 막지 않습니다. 이전 거절이나 끄기 설정은 유지합니다. iOS에서는 시스템 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 허용 후에만 활성화됩니다.
AppsFlyer는 설치 및 실행 이벤트, 기기와 운영체제 정보, IP 주소, 광고 유입 경로 및 클릭 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 측정 기능은 Android에서 광고 식별자, Android ID, IMEI, App Set ID를 수집하지 않습니다. iOS에서는 시스템 추적 허용 후 광고 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다. OpenAI에는 ChatGPT 광고를 통한 설치와 필요한 기여도 정보만 전달합니다. 고급 매칭은 꺼져 있으며 다른 인앱 이벤트는 보내지 않습니다.
BiuLog는 이 광고 효과 측정을 위해 아기 돌봄 기록, 이름, 생일, 사진, 채팅 내용, 가족 구성원의 계정 또는 연락처 정보를 AppsFlyer나 OpenAI에 전송하지 않습니다.
앱 안에 별도의 설치 경로 측정 스위치는 없습니다. iPhone에서는 시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 BiuLog의 추적 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. BiuLog는 다시 시작하거나 포그라운드로 돌아올 때 권한을 확인합니다. 이전 거절이나 끄기 설정은 유지되며 육아 기록, 동기화, 구매 혜택에는 영향이 없습니다. 권한 철회로 이미 전송된 데이터가 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 데이터 처리에 관한 질문이나 처리·삭제 요청은 제10절의 연락처로 문의해 주세요. 문의만으로 기기의 SDK가 즉시 중단되지는 않습니다.

4. 인앱 구매와 결제
BiuLog는 광고 제거 및 프리미엄과 같은 비소모성 인앱 구매를 제공합니다. 결제, 가격, 영수증, 환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 처리됩니다. BiuLog는 기능 해제와 구매 복원에 필요한 구매 상태, 상품 ID, 거래 상태만 수신합니다.
5. 사진, 파일, 백업
사용자는 아기 프로필 사진, 커스텀 버튼 이미지, 이정표 기록 또는 공유 알림장에 사진을 선택할 수 있습니다. BiuLog는 사용자의 조작 없이 사진 보관함을 읽거나 업로드하지 않습니다. 알림장에 직접 공유한 사진은 비공개 Cloudflare R2 객체 저장소에 저장되며, 같은 아이에 대해 승인된 부모와 돌봄 제공자에게 유효 시간이 제한된 인증 링크로 제공됩니다. 공유 사진은 기본적으로 3일간 보관되며 그동안 승인된 사용자가 저장하거나 공유할 수 있습니다. 보관 기간이 끝나면 클라우드 저장소에서 자동 삭제되고, 권한이 있는 업로더 또는 기관 관리자는 더 일찍 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 사진이 만료되어도 알림장 텍스트와 돌봄 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다. CSV, JSON 백업 및 시스템 공유는 사용자가 선택한 방식에 따라 처리됩니다.

9. 사용자 제어
사용자는 앱에서 데이터를 관리, 내보내기 또는 백업할 수 있으며 권한에 따라 공유 사진이나 커뮤니티 메시지를 삭제하고 다른 구성원을 차단하거나 신고할 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티 메시지는 현재 기본 90일 동안 보관됩니다. 현재 보관 기간은 앱에 표시되며 관리 설정에 따라 7일에서 365일 사이로 조정될 수 있습니다. 공유 관계에서 나가거나 제거되면 해당 계정은 관련 공유 내용에 더 이상 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱 삭제 또는 기기 데이터 삭제 시 로컬 데이터가 사라질 수 있으므로 기기 변경 또는 재설치 전 백업을 권장합니다. 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 없는 클라우드 데이터는 아래 이메일로 삭제 지원을 요청할 수 있습니다.

BiuLog ist eine App zur Dokumentation des Babyalltags für Eltern und Betreuungspersonen. Diese Erklärung beschreibt, welche Daten BiuLog verarbeitet, zu welchen Zwecken dies geschieht und welche Möglichkeiten Nutzerinnen und Nutzer haben.
1. Verarbeitete Daten
Nutzer können Babyprofile und Betreuungsdaten anlegen, darunter Name, Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Fotos, Füttern, Schlaf, Windeln, Beikost, Wachstum, Meilensteine, Milchzähne, Impfungen, Familiengesundheit, Notizen, Erinnerungen, benutzerdefinierte Tasten und Sicherungsdaten. Persönliche Alltagsaufzeichnungen werden überwiegend auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Wird Familienfreigabe oder professionelle Betreuung aktiviert, werden die dafür erforderlichen Baby-, Betreuungs-, Tagesbericht-, Nachrichten-, Mitteilungs-, Anwesenheits- und Übergabedaten an die BiuLog-Cloud übermittelt, damit berechtigte Mitglieder sie synchronisieren können. Bei Nutzung der Eltern-Community verarbeitet der Dienst außerdem den gewählten Anzeigenamen und Avatar, Nachrichten, Antworten, Erwähnungen, Reaktionen, Lesestatus, Meldungen, Blockierungen und notwendige Moderationsdaten.
2. Konto, Cloud-Synchronisierung und Teststatus
BiuLog verwendet Firebase Authentication zur Identifizierung von App-Nutzern. Grundlegende persönliche Aufzeichnungen sind ohne Verknüpfung eines Anmeldekontos möglich. Bei der Anmeldung mit Google oder Apple verarbeitet Firebase die vom Anbieter übermittelte Kontokennung sowie gegebenenfalls E-Mail-Adresse und Anzeigename für die Authentifizierung, Kontoverknüpfung und geräteübergreifende Nutzung. Bei Apples Funktion „E-Mail-Adresse verbergen“ kann eine Apple-Weiterleitungsadresse übermittelt werden. BiuLog erhält kein Passwort Ihres Google- oder Apple-Kontos.
Ein auf Zeabur bereitgestellter Anwendungsdienst mit PostgreSQL-Datenbank ermöglicht Familienfreigabe, professionelle Betreuung und geräteübergreifende Synchronisierung. Zur Verwaltung von Käufen und Testzeiträumen können App-ID, Plattform, Firebase-Nutzerkennung, App-Version, Beginn des Testzeitraums, letzte Nutzung und Aktualisierungszeit verarbeitet werden. Diese Kontodaten werden nicht als benutzerdefinierte Werbekennungen an AppsFlyer übermittelt.
3. Werbung
BiuLog verwendet Google AdMob zur Anzeige von Werbung. Google kann gemäß den eigenen Richtlinien Werbe-IDs, Geräteinformationen, Anzeigeninteraktionen, ungefähre Standortdaten und weitere werbebezogene Daten verarbeiten. Nach dem Kauf der Werbefreiheit oder der Premium-Version verwendet BiuLog den Kaufstatus, um keine Werbung mehr anzuzeigen.
3.1 Messung der Werbewirkung
Ab Version 3.2.8 nutzt BiuLog in unterstützten Versionen AppsFlyer zur Messung von Installationen und App-Starts aus Werbung. Unter Android ist die Messung standardmäßig aktiv, ohne den App-Zugang durch eine separate Einwilligungsseite zu blockieren. Frühere Ablehnungen und Aus-Einstellungen bleiben erhalten. Unter iOS startet sie nur nach der Systemfreigabe über App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
AppsFlyer kann Installations- und Start-Ereignisse, Geräte- und Betriebssysteminformationen, IP-Adressen sowie Werbequellen und Klickinformationen verarbeiten. Diese Messfunktion erfasst unter Android keine Werbe-IDs, Android ID, IMEI oder App Set ID. Unter iOS kann nach der Systemfreigabe die Werbe-ID verwendet werden. OpenAI erhält nur Installationen aus ChatGPT-Werbung und die nötigen Zuordnungsdaten. Erweiterter Datenabgleich ist deaktiviert; andere In-App-Ereignisse werden nicht an OpenAI gesendet.
BiuLog übermittelt für diese Werbemessung keine Babybetreuungsdaten, Namen, Geburtsdaten, Fotos, Chatinhalte oder Konto- und Kontaktinformationen von Familienmitgliedern an AppsFlyer oder OpenAI.
In der App gibt es keinen separaten Schalter für die Installationsmessung. Auf dem iPhone lässt sich die Trackingfreigabe für BiuLog unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Tracking widerrufen. BiuLog prüft die Freigabe beim erneuten Start oder bei der Rückkehr in den Vordergrund. Frühere Ablehnungen und Aus-Einstellungen bleiben erhalten; Betreuungsdaten, Synchronisierung und Käufe bleiben unverändert. Ein Widerruf löscht bereits übertragene Daten nicht automatisch. Fragen und Anfragen zur Datenverarbeitung oder Löschung richten Sie bitte an die Kontaktdaten in Abschnitt 10. Eine Kontaktaufnahme allein stoppt das SDK auf Ihrem Gerät nicht sofort.

4. In-App-Käufe und Zahlung
BiuLog bietet nicht verbrauchbare In-App-Käufe wie Werbefreiheit und Premium an. Zahlung, Preis, Beleg und Erstattung werden vom Apple App Store oder von Google Play abgewickelt. BiuLog erhält nur den Kaufstatus, Produktkennungen und die erforderlichen Transaktionsinformationen, um Funktionen freizuschalten oder Käufe wiederherzustellen.
5. Fotos, Dateien und Sicherungen
Nutzer können Fotos für Babyprofile, benutzerdefinierte Tasten, Meilensteine oder geteilte Betreuungsberichte auswählen. BiuLog liest oder lädt die Fotomediathek nicht ohne eine Aktion des Nutzers. Fotos, die aktiv in einem Betreuungsbericht geteilt werden, liegen in einem privaten Cloudflare-R2-Objektspeicher und werden berechtigten Eltern und Betreuungspersonen desselben Kindes über zeitlich begrenzte, autorisierte Links bereitgestellt. Geteilte Berichtsfotos werden standardmäßig 3 Tage aufbewahrt. Innerhalb dieses Zeitraums können berechtigte Nutzer sie speichern oder teilen. Danach werden sie automatisch aus dem Cloud-Speicher entfernt; berechtigte Uploader oder Einrichtungsadministratoren können sie früher löschen. Textberichte und Betreuungsdaten bleiben vom Ablauf eines Fotos unberührt. CSV-Exporte, JSON-Sicherungen und Systemfreigaben werden entsprechend der vom Nutzer gewählten Aktion verarbeitet.
6. Benachrichtigungen
BiuLog kann lokale Benachrichtigungen für Betreuung, Impfungen oder individuell eingestellte Erinnerungen verwenden. Diese Benachrichtigungen werden überwiegend auf dem Gerät verarbeitet.
7. Weitergabe und Dienstanbieter
BiuLog verkauft keine personenbezogenen Daten. Daten können durch Dienste verarbeitet werden, die für die App-Funktionen erforderlich sind, darunter Firebase, Zeabur, PostgreSQL-Dienste, Cloudflare R2, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play und Betriebssystemdienste. Daten aus Familienfreigabe und professioneller Betreuung sind nur für Familienmitglieder, Eltern, Betreuungspersonen oder Einrichtungsadministratoren verfügbar, denen ein Nutzer aktiv beitritt oder die er autorisiert.
8. Datenschutz von Kindern
BiuLog ist nicht zur direkten Nutzung durch Kinder bestimmt. Die App richtet sich an Eltern und Betreuungspersonen, die Informationen zur Betreuung eines Babys dokumentieren.
9. Kontrolle, Aufbewahrung und Löschung
Nutzer können Daten in der App verwalten, exportieren oder sichern und bei entsprechender Berechtigung geteilte Fotos oder Community-Nachrichten löschen, Mitglieder blockieren und Inhalte melden. Community-Nachrichten werden derzeit standardmäßig 90 Tage aufbewahrt. Der aktuelle Zeitraum wird in der App angezeigt und kann durch Moderationseinstellungen zwischen 7 und 365 Tagen angepasst werden. Nach Verlassen oder Entfernung aus einer Freigabebeziehung kann das Konto nicht mehr auf die betreffenden freigegebenen Inhalte zugreifen. Das Entfernen der App oder das Löschen von Gerätedaten kann lokale Daten löschen; vor einem Gerätewechsel oder einer Neuinstallation sollte daher eine Sicherung exportiert werden. Unterstützung bei der Löschung von Cloud-Daten, die nicht direkt in der App gelöscht werden können, kann über die unten genannte E-Mail-Adresse angefordert werden.

1. Dati trattati
Gli utenti possono creare profili del bebè e registrazioni di cura, tra cui nome, data di nascita, genere, foto, poppate, sonno, pannolini, pappa, crescita, tappe dello sviluppo, dentini, vaccini, salute familiare, note, promemoria, pulsanti personalizzati e dati di backup. Le registrazioni personali quotidiane vengono conservate principalmente sul dispositivo. Quando l'utente attiva la condivisione familiare o la collaborazione con professionisti, i dati necessari relativi al bebè, alle cure, ai diari giornalieri, ai messaggi, agli avvisi, agli orari di presenza e alle comunicazioni importanti vengono inviati ai servizi cloud di BiuLog per essere sincronizzati tra i membri autorizzati. Quando si utilizza la community dei genitori, il servizio tratta inoltre il nickname e l'avatar scelti, i messaggi, le risposte, le menzioni, le reazioni, lo stato di lettura, le segnalazioni, i blocchi e i dati necessari alla moderazione.
2. Account, sincronizzazione cloud e periodo di prova
BiuLog utilizza Firebase Authentication per identificare gli utenti. Le registrazioni personali di base sono disponibili senza collegare un account di accesso. Se scegli Google o Accedi con Apple, Firebase tratta l'identificatore dell'account ed eventuali indirizzo e-mail e nome visualizzato forniti dal servizio, per l'autenticazione, il collegamento dell'account e l'accesso da più dispositivi. Con Nascondi la mia e-mail di Apple può essere fornito un indirizzo di inoltro Apple. BiuLog non riceve la password del tuo account Google o Apple.
Un servizio applicativo su Zeabur con database PostgreSQL fornisce condivisione familiare, collaborazione professionale e sincronizzazione tra dispositivi. Per gestire acquisti e periodo di prova, il sistema può trattare ID dell'app, piattaforma, identificatore utente Firebase, versione dell'app, inizio della prova, ultimo utilizzo e data di aggiornamento. Questi dati dell'account non vengono inviati ad AppsFlyer come identificatori pubblicitari personalizzati.
3. Pubblicità
BiuLog utilizza Google AdMob per mostrare annunci. In base alle proprie norme, Google può trattare identificatori pubblicitari, informazioni sul dispositivo, interazioni con gli annunci, posizione approssimativa o altri dati collegati alla pubblicità. Dopo l'acquisto della rimozione degli annunci o della versione Premium, BiuLog utilizza lo stato dell'acquisto per interrompere la visualizzazione degli annunci.
3.1 Misurazione dell'efficacia pubblicitaria
Dalla versione 3.2.8, nelle versioni che supportano questa funzione, BiuLog usa AppsFlyer per misurare installazioni e aperture generate dagli annunci. Su Android la misurazione è attiva per impostazione predefinita, senza una pagina di consenso separata che blocchi l’accesso all’app. I precedenti rifiuti e le disattivazioni vengono mantenuti. Su iOS viene attivata solo dopo l’autorizzazione di sistema App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
AppsFlyer può trattare eventi di installazione e apertura, informazioni sul dispositivo e sul sistema operativo, indirizzi IP, fonte pubblicitaria e informazioni sui clic. Su Android questa funzione non raccoglie identificatori pubblicitari, Android ID, IMEI o App Set ID. Su iOS può usare l’identificatore pubblicitario dopo l’autorizzazione di sistema. OpenAI riceve solo installazioni attribuite ad annunci ChatGPT e i dati necessari all’attribuzione. La corrispondenza avanzata è disattivata; gli altri eventi in-app non vengono inviati a OpenAI.
BiuLog non invia ad AppsFlyer o OpenAI, per questa misurazione pubblicitaria, registrazioni di cura del bebè, nomi, date di nascita, foto, contenuti delle chat o informazioni sugli account e sui contatti dei familiari.
L’app non contiene un interruttore separato per la misurazione delle installazioni. Su iPhone puoi revocare il permesso di tracciamento di BiuLog in Impostazioni → Privacy e sicurezza → Tracciamento. BiuLog verifica il permesso al riavvio o al ritorno in primo piano. I precedenti rifiuti e le disattivazioni vengono mantenuti, senza effetti su registrazioni di cura, sincronizzazione o acquisti. La revoca non elimina automaticamente i dati già inviati. Per domande o richieste sul trattamento o sulla cancellazione dei dati, usa i contatti nella sezione 10. Contattarci non interrompe di per sé immediatamente l’SDK sul dispositivo.

4. Acquisti in-app e pagamenti
BiuLog offre acquisti in-app non consumabili, come la rimozione degli annunci e la versione Premium. Pagamento, prezzo, ricevute e rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple App Store o Google Play. BiuLog riceve solo lo stato dell'acquisto, gli identificatori dei prodotti e le informazioni di transazione necessarie per sbloccare le funzioni o ripristinare gli acquisti.
5. Foto, file e backup
Gli utenti possono scegliere foto per il profilo del bebè, i pulsanti personalizzati, le tappe dello sviluppo o i diari di cura condivisi. BiuLog non legge né carica la libreria fotografica senza un'azione dell'utente. Le foto condivise volontariamente in un diario di cura sono conservate in uno spazio oggetti privato Cloudflare R2 e rese disponibili ai genitori e agli operatori autorizzati per lo stesso bambino tramite link autorizzati con scadenza. Le foto dei diari condivisi vengono conservate per 3 giorni per impostazione predefinita e, durante questo periodo, possono essere salvate o condivise dagli utenti autorizzati. Al termine vengono rimosse automaticamente dallo spazio cloud; chi le ha caricate o l'amministratore della struttura, se autorizzato, può eliminarle prima. I testi del diario e i dati di cura non vengono eliminati alla scadenza di una foto. Le esportazioni CSV, i backup JSON e la condivisione tramite il sistema operativo vengono trattati secondo l'azione scelta dall'utente.
6. Notifiche
BiuLog può utilizzare notifiche locali per attività di cura, vaccini o promemoria personalizzati. Le notifiche locali vengono elaborate principalmente sul dispositivo dell'utente.
7. Condivisione e fornitori di servizi
BiuLog non vende i dati personali degli utenti. I dati possono essere trattati dai servizi necessari al funzionamento dell'app, tra cui Firebase, Zeabur, servizi PostgreSQL, Cloudflare R2, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play e servizi del sistema operativo. I dati condivisi in famiglia o con professionisti sono disponibili solo ai familiari, genitori, operatori o amministratori della struttura ai quali l'utente aderisce o che autorizza.
8. Privacy dei minori
BiuLog non è destinata all'uso diretto da parte dei minori. È pensata per genitori e persone che registrano informazioni relative alla cura di un bebè.
9. Controllo, conservazione ed eliminazione
Gli utenti possono gestire, esportare o salvare i dati nell'app e, quando autorizzati, eliminare foto condivise o messaggi della community, bloccare membri e inviare segnalazioni. I messaggi della community vengono attualmente conservati per 90 giorni per impostazione predefinita. Il periodo corrente è mostrato nell'app e può essere modificato dalle impostazioni di moderazione tra 7 e 365 giorni. Dopo l'uscita o la rimozione da una relazione di condivisione, l'account non può più accedere ai relativi contenuti condivisi. La rimozione dell'app o la cancellazione dei dati del dispositivo può eliminare i dati locali; prima di cambiare dispositivo o reinstallare è consigliabile esportare un backup.
